Colin was born in England, grew up in Ontario Canada, and has been a resident of the Bay Area since 1969. Colin has a bachelor’s degree in music from San Jose State University, a master’s degree in education from National University, and a Doctorate of Christian Education from The Christian College and Seminary in Missouri. Since obtaining his real estate license in 1978, Colin has successfully completed many real estate transactions throughout the Bay Area. Colin is also an Enrolled Agent and can assist with tax implications and issues for clients buying or selling property, making 1031 exchanges, and understanding the tax benefits of rental property. When not involved in real estate transactions, Colin likes to play the organ, go fishing on his boat, spend time in his condo in Maui, or travel, but always has time to attentively help you with your real estate needs.
