Union Avenue cuts through the neighborhood of Bonnet in Campbell CA, which is flanked by Bascom Avenue shortly to the east and State Route 17 further to the west. Its borders are irregular and overall they form an arrow shape. Homes in this neighborhood tend to be large to the east of Union on Dry Creek Road, many complete with circular driveways, with the average list price hovering around $1,000,000. To the east the homes are smaller, and for the most part single-family dwellings dominate the area. However, there are a small number of apartments downtown-campbellas well.

The eastern side of Bonnett is lined with many restaurants along South Bascom Avenue, including Steps of India, Union Chinese, Grill ‘Em Steakhouse, and Chez Sovan, specializing in fine Cambodian cuisine. Just south off Union Avenue is the International Food Bazaar, perfect for those who love to prepare Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Russian cuisine, amongst many others; in fact, many shoppers flock to this grocery store from over a half an hour away. The prepared foods, such as kabobs, are considered excellent and the selection of hard-to-find ingredients substantial.

In the northeastern corner of Bonnett is the Stojanovitch Family Park. Although Stojanovitch is the most convenient park, it is also the smallest. Bonnett is unique because it has three other parks, and two schools, located nearby to the east: Doerr Park, Kirk Park and the Cambrian Little League Park. For parents with children in Little League, the location of Bonnett could not be more ideal. On that same note, Bagby Elementary and Ida Prince Middle School are located in the same area, allowing residents to save time shuttling their children to and from activities.
